In Strømmen we work hard to provide our customers with high-quality services and product, however, we must recognise that things do go wrong occasionally.

If you are unhappy with our service or our product, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can assist you at an early stage.

We take complaints seriously, because they give us important information about how we can improve. When contacting us about a product complaint, please give detailed information about the non-conformity and attach pictures where the non-conformity is visible.

We will come back to you as fast as possible and try to resolve your complaint as quickly as we can.

Complaints must be made to Strommen UK within a reasonable time after the defect or damage is discovered. All claims must be made in written form.
